How can we help?

Our highly trained staff is here to help you before, during and after the most difficult time a family can experience.

We are constantly working to provide funeral service that exceeds most families expectations.

A few things a consumer should know:

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Funeral Rule regulates funeral providers.  This rule protects consumers by requiring all funeral homes to provide a General Price List with the current cost of each item and service offered for retention.  The price list must also disclose information about your rights when pertaining to the selection of goods and services, embalming, use containers for cremation, cash advances and any other required purchases.

There are two sections of the itemization statement you will receive. The first part is the one with the total of the funeral home fees associated with the cost of goods and services sold known as the Itemization Statement.  The other part is known as the Cash Advance portion. Cash advances are those goods and services that may be paid for by the funeral home on your behalf, such as church fees, flowers, obituaries, cemetery grave openings and pallbearers to name a few.

Our Funeral Directors will explain each section separately to you before you make your final decision.

Why Preplan?

The decision to preplan your funeral is a very personal one. It is very normal to approach this decision with a great amount of anxiety due to the sensitivity that can surround this subject. Those who ultimately take the important step of documenting their wishes regarding their funeral and ultimately sharing these decisions with loved ones usually express a great sense of comfort and relief.

How do I start the process?

Most families and individuals begin by identifying what they feel they need and want from the funeral. Then they set a budget outlining how much you can afford.  The next step is to contact your funeral provider and discuss your ideas for the funeral you or your loved one would like.

We can keep it as simple as you would like or can provide personalized services to make the celebration of life just that, a celebration.
